October’s Coastal Boca Raton Top Sales saw a departure from September in the luxury condo category, with just two luxury condos making the list this month. As seen in the past, Royal Palm is dominating our leaderboard with half of the homes on our list being in RPYCC. Notably, an original-build era home located in Por La Mar made the top 10 this month while the remaining homes were all newer construction that has become the best selling segment of Boca Raton luxury real estate.
