Coastal Boca Raton Top Sales for August were a continuation of a robust summer selling season and saw a resurgence of waterfront home sales with 70% of the top sales being single family homes and 30% condos. The Top Sales condos were located in Mizner Grand and One Thousand Ocean.

There were only three Top Sales on non-waterfront homesites: 2249 W. Maya Palm Road and 118 Camino Real in Royal Palm, and 760 Palm Ave in Por La Mar. As inventory levels in Royal Palm continue to decline, so has their presence as the most heavily represented neighborhood in the Top Sales report with only two properties making our list this month.
