The top sales in March 2022 were dominated by the luxury condo sector. The final few offerings at ALINA Phase 1 make up 40% of our list, with now just two residences remaining. The top sale was an off-market sale in Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club with a golf course view. Only a few waterfront properties traded in March, one Mediterranean-style estate with 120' water frontage in Lake Rogers and #11 at Excelsior.
