lake rogers, Blue Inlet, and Harbor East
Just south of Spanish River Blvd, between the Intracoastal Waterway and Federal lies the quintessential waterfront neighborhood of Lake Rogers.
This neighborhood was established as a boater’s paradise with the original build era in the 1960’s with very few homes located on dry lots. With nearly all of the homes situated on deepwater frontage with docks, it is no wonder that many refer to the area as a yachting community.
Lake Rogers consists of 120 homes; all offering a range of home styles and sizes with fewer and fewer homes from the original build era and an increasing number of new construction offerings.
As you drive through the neighborhood, you will see breathtaking waterfront estates, mostly on the Intracoastal Waterway; several of them spanning multiple parcels on Intracoastal point lots - the most exclusive property type in the area.
Every major new residence over the past several years has been a custom built home and just in recent years, we are seeing more teardown and rebuild as a luxury spec projects in the area.
We have architectural styles ranging from Mediterranean to Traditional/Classic, and an increasing number with a Caribbean/Florida flair and Contemporary Styles.
Some of the most unique aspects of Lake Rogers Isle is that it feels like a true neighborhood with people hosting holiday parties and saying hello to neighbors, yet there is no mandatory HOA.
Lake Rogers is an excellent places to call home. If you value a neighborhood feeling in a convenient location that is near I-95 and walking distance to the beach, the homes in Lake Rogers Isle may be just the place for you.
