Continuing the trend from previous months, February's top sales in coastal Boca Raton skews heavily towards single family homes, but sees a reduction in the representation of Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club. Notably, both homes in RPYCC were on the market less than one month. The top sale this month was a waterfront new construction modern masterpiece in Spanish River Land, setting a new record price for that neighborhood, beating out a $14M new construction home built at the end of 2020. Only two oceanfront condos were sold last month, both at Addison, with one closing out an offering that had been listed for nearly a year.
