Hello friend. Today on Tuesday tours we are in the waterfront community of Harbor East. I have a brand new listing coming to market that I am super excited about. This place is going to be like being on vacation every single day. Wait until you check out with me 681 Northeast Harbor drive. Hello friend. Welcome to Tuesday Tours. We're greeted by an accent wall covered in gorgeous reclaimed wood from the hills of North Carolina. We have a lodge style chandelier and gracious travertine flooring that's also really wear resistant and stands up to just about anything you can dish out. That takes us in from the dining room through to the kitchen. This kitchen is the perfect size. You can entertain, but it's not overwhelming. We have a full suite of LG appliances. There's plenty of space here if you're going to entertain to entertain to lay out some food. It's open to the fabulous, gracious family area.

What vacation house would be complete without an amazing outdoor living area. This is a Polynesian inspired pool area with multiple water valves. We have 90 feet along the waterfront as well as boat dockage, a white sandy beach and even a large grassy area if you happen to have some pets or children who want to run around. The backyard has tons of mature tropical landscaping. This is really the very best of Florida living. While vacationing is a lot of fun, there is a place for adulting as well. This house will offer you some peace of mind. It has been impeccably well-maintained and it offers several of the features that us as grownups know are very important. We have full house impact protection, that's hurricane windows and doors. We have a metal roof that will withstand our brutal Florida monsoon season, a full security system.

I think I saved the best for last for you guys, my total friend the viewers. Up this set of bamboo stairs is the pièce de résistance in this house. Wait until you see what the family room has in store for you. This main space is 21 feet by 29 feet and on the floor plan we're calling it a family room, but really this is like your very own club. We have a full Tiki bar complete with a grass thatch roof. This area is a boater's paradise. In fact, we're just one turn off of the Intracoastal and about 10 minutes to the Boca Inlet and onto the open seas.
