Tuesday Tours Ep.05 - $2,500,000 California Contemporary Home in Boca Raton, Boca Villas

Hello friends! Welcome to 364 North East 7th

This week on Tuesday Tours we are looking at this fabulous and beautiful custom home in the heart of downtown Boca Raton, Boca Villas. The architect on this was Jeffrey Silberstein and was built by his friend Jack Eyal in 2019.

We have 10 feet high, all Miami date approved hurricane impact windows, on the bottom and the top. If you shift your focus upwards to the loggia area you have these fabulous architectural features lit with LED lighting at night. Those are off the chains!

One of the things that people say they really want in these homes is a first floor Master Suite if you are going to have to floors. So, Jack, our friend, the builder, has delivered!

Making our way into this hall we have a sumptuous Master Bath, it’s super contemporary in terms of style. You have a soaking tub open to a garden window that goes floor to ceiling and beautiful cabinetry. Coming on through we have a pair of Walk-in His and Hers Master Closets, ready for you to bring in your final touches, and then, of course, the wide-open Master Suite. You have a nice spacious room, 9-10 foot high ceilings throughout the living area, and the windows that go floor to ceiling and overlook both the Swimming Pool and Garden. In a single-family home like this, that’s pretty rare.

Making our way up the staircase, we find the loft. If you have teenagers or just want a secondary lounging pad, you have this gigantic area to kick back and relax. It’s all glass all the way around and overlooks the family area.

The secondary bedrooms are all outfitted very similarly and are really nice in terms of size. There are two of them, and they both come with their own walk-in closet and a contemporary and private ensuite bath.  The favorite part of this particular house has to be these super cool round windows in both Guest Suites.

The loggia area in many homes is usually almost an afterthought. Given how much time we as Floridians like to spend outside, it makes sense that the outside area should really maximize all of this beauty and splendor. The entire loggia is done in this lovely Travertine Marble and is nearly 12,000 Square Feet.

Most of the lots in Boca Villas tend to be smaller, so you don’t have any backyard. In this particular house, we have a nice wide backyard; the back is wider than the front, so you could do a lot of things in terms of grass, seating areas, and pool area. A little bit of everything. Straight up above the porch you will see circular holes in the ceiling that allow sunlight to shine onto the porch. You will notice the LED lights across the circumference; they look super gorgeous at night.
