311 Key Palm
Tuesday Tours Ep.07- $10,750,000 Home in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club
Hello everyone, Today, we are in Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club. This is the neighborhood I personally call home. It’s a super-exclusive country club community that’s unique in the area. It has Golf, a walking distance to the beach is super close to exceptional healthcare, a town center mall that’s on part with the best and a full-service Marina with really amazing yachts. Anyway, without further ado, I am going to show you 311 East Key Palm.
You may be wondering, why this particular house? 311 East Key Pal is a real gem in Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, and for a couple of reasons. The house was built in 2015, and it’s currently on offer for $10,750,000. This is a 12,500 Square Feet total, Six Bedroom, eight and a half bathroom offered at millions less than a brand new construction offering today. This house also has a lot of character and warmth. This is a transitional residence with some more traditional and warm touches than a lot of what’s on the market today.
This house follows an entertaining/dining area open concept. The entertaining space overlooks the beautiful pool.
The formal living area is separated from the kitchen but it’s just adjacent.
The kitchen looks like it’s from a magazine, no exaggeration whatsoever. You have two separate islands, tons of storage including two separate pantries, three subzero refrigeration units. The kitchen is open to the family room and a dedicated area.
In the family room, you will immediately notice the super high sliders that open out to the outdoor entertaining area with a fireplace, a full summer kitchen, and a gorgeous infinity pool.
This house also features a Club Room. A Club Room is something really common in this marketplace. It’s basically a Family Room that’s slightly more masculine and is also quite flexible. Some people might put a card table in it, or a pool table, and almost always you will find a wet bar.
Every home-like this needs an office, a nice open area where you can get work done.
And now we arrive at the blissful serenity that is the Master Suite. The Master Suite offers separate His and Hers Baths. His bath features a mix of white marble countertops, dark espresso wood cabinetry and some lovely medium tones in the shower to try not to be too much of a literal man cave, but have more of a masculine look. The Hers bath, on the other hand, is an example of the trend that we are currently seeing, which is a lot of lovely soft whites and grays layered on each other. At this point it is not uncommon to have a patio off of the Master Suite. It is less common however that the space is this large and private. There is no connection from the rest of the house to our private patio and it overlooks the pool and garden. It’s really a private sanctuary for our King and Queen.
