Tuesday Tours Ep.09 - $3,795,000 Golf Course Home in Boca Raton

On this week’s episode of Tuesday Tours, taking you to a new fully renovated home in Boca Raton that was originally built in 1995. 4 Bedrooms, 4 and a half Bathrooms, 4,300 Square Feet under air, and all offered at $3,795,000. I am a complete sucker for renovations and I can’t wait to check out the details.

It’s what everybody wants, an open space. Wide-open living area, huge windows, and a 15-foot ceiling. One of my favorite aspects of this house’s kitchen is the amazing focal point that they have created on the ceiling. It echoes the white oak flooring all the way across and above the island, really unusual and fantastic. The countertop finish is what’s called honed, sort of like a leathering of the granite, and has a leathery look and texture. The kitchen also overlooks the Living Area which also makes it an ideal space for entertaining. You also have the best in terms of appliances, WOLF and SubZero, because that’s what you would expect from a home like this.

This completely private Master Suite features dual closets which are each enormous, a stunning Master Bath, super high volume 15 foot high ceilings, and access to the great outdoors. My personal favorite aspect of the Master Suite is the Master Bath, without any hesitation. A TV right across the soaking tub, beautiful tiles throughout the shower area, and the vanity made of bamboo are gorgeous. I have never seen anything like it, so chic.

In Florida, the outdoor living space becomes like another living room, so it’s really important to get it just right. We put all Travertine Marble across the entire decking and some really fun features like the gas fire pit and the pebble tech pool; the dark color really pops the architectural aspects. And of course, the world-famous first fairway of the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club Golf Course.
