Tuesday Tours Ep.07 - 311 Key Palm

311 Key Palm

Tuesday Tours Ep.07- $10,750,000 Home in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club

Hello everyone, Today, we are in Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club. This is the neighborhood I personally call home. It’s a super-exclusive country club community that’s unique in the area. It has Golf, a walking distance to the beach is super close to exceptional healthcare, a town center mall that’s on part with the best and a full-service Marina with really amazing yachts. Anyway, without further ado, I am going to show you 311 East Key Palm.

You may be wondering, why this particular house? 311 East Key Pal is a real gem in Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, and for a couple of reasons. The house was built in 2015, and it’s currently on offer for $10,750,000. This is a 12,500 Square Feet total, Six Bedroom, eight and a half bathroom offered at millions less than a brand new construction offering today. This house also has a lot of character and warmth. This is a transitional residence with some more traditional and warm touches than a lot of what’s on the market today.

This house follows an entertaining/dining area open concept. The entertaining space overlooks the beautiful pool.

The formal living area is separated from the kitchen but it’s just adjacent.

The kitchen looks like it’s from a magazine, no exaggeration whatsoever. You have two separate islands, tons of storage including two separate pantries, three subzero refrigeration units. The kitchen is open to the family room and a dedicated area.

In the family room, you will immediately notice the super high sliders that open out to the outdoor entertaining area with a fireplace, a full summer kitchen, and a gorgeous infinity pool.

This house also features a Club Room. A Club Room is something really common in this marketplace. It’s basically a Family Room that’s slightly more masculine and is also quite flexible. Some people might put a card table in it, or a pool table, and almost always you will find a wet bar.

Every home-like this needs an office, a nice open area where you can get work done.

And now we arrive at the blissful serenity that is the Master Suite. The Master Suite offers separate His and Hers Baths. His bath features a mix of white marble countertops, dark espresso wood cabinetry and some lovely medium tones in the shower to try not to be too much of a literal man cave, but have more of a masculine look. The Hers bath, on the other hand, is an example of the trend that we are currently seeing, which is a lot of lovely soft whites and grays layered on each other. At this point it is not uncommon to have a patio off of the Master Suite. It is less common however that the space is this large and private. There is no connection from the rest of the house to our private patio and it overlooks the pool and garden. It’s really a private sanctuary for our King and Queen.

Meridian At One North Ocean

Tuesday Tours Ep.06 - Meridian at One North Boca Raton, FL

If you are not sure if you want WALK-ABLE or beachfront, Meridian offers the best of both worlds

Join us in exploring this European-inspired boutique condominium, right across from the beach. Originally built in 2007 and then renovated in 2017, this beautifully decorated three-bedroom residence offers in-town luxury living with the feel of a private home. Offering the ultimate in-town luxury lifestyle, this spacious and beautifully decorated residence is located at Meridian at One North Ocean, an unparalleled European-inspired boutique condominium that brings the spirit of the French Rivieras legendary Hotel Negresco to South Florida’s Gold Coast.

As we step inside from the private elevator, residence 402 unfolds into a massive open concept living area. This residence is over 3,000 Square Feet, so you have a lot of room to spread out.

The Master Suite is 22 Feet wide, which is really big for a Condominium in this market. You have wood floors, full access to the South Balcony, and, very important to most of our buyers today, a full His and Hers setup and a Soaking Tub in the wide Master Bath.

Coming through the hall we see an ‘open concept’ Family Room, Kitchen, and Dining Area overlooking the North views.

Meridian offers an abundance of facilities. I can’t believe a boutique building like this with only 31 residences the amazing amount of community meeting space there is here. You can watch sporting events, MTV Video Music Awards or even sit back and relax at the Seating Lounge.

This building also offers a spacious Gym with a wide variety of equipment including rowing machines, elliptical, treadmills, a sauna, and even has an outdoor area. In addition, there is a movie theater that’s made to fit 10 people.

If the indoor activities maybe aren’t your speed, I think that this outdoor area is even more fabulous. We have outdoor cushions, couches, little tables, a pool and even a gas grill. You could have a whole barbeque/pool party right here.

The outdoor decking of the pool is covered in this Travertine Marble that gives it a really chic look. It’s all surrounded by modern furniture.

Tuesday Tours Ep.05 - $2,500,000 California Contemporary Home in Boca Raton, Boca Villas

Hello friends! Welcome to 364 North East 7th

This week on Tuesday Tours we are looking at this fabulous and beautiful custom home in the heart of downtown Boca Raton, Boca Villas. The architect on this was Jeffrey Silberstein and was built by his friend Jack Eyal in 2019.

We have 10 feet high, all Miami date approved hurricane impact windows, on the bottom and the top. If you shift your focus upwards to the loggia area you have these fabulous architectural features lit with LED lighting at night. Those are off the chains!

One of the things that people say they really want in these homes is a first floor Master Suite if you are going to have to floors. So, Jack, our friend, the builder, has delivered!

Making our way into this hall we have a sumptuous Master Bath, it’s super contemporary in terms of style. You have a soaking tub open to a garden window that goes floor to ceiling and beautiful cabinetry. Coming on through we have a pair of Walk-in His and Hers Master Closets, ready for you to bring in your final touches, and then, of course, the wide-open Master Suite. You have a nice spacious room, 9-10 foot high ceilings throughout the living area, and the windows that go floor to ceiling and overlook both the Swimming Pool and Garden. In a single-family home like this, that’s pretty rare.

Making our way up the staircase, we find the loft. If you have teenagers or just want a secondary lounging pad, you have this gigantic area to kick back and relax. It’s all glass all the way around and overlooks the family area.

The secondary bedrooms are all outfitted very similarly and are really nice in terms of size. There are two of them, and they both come with their own walk-in closet and a contemporary and private ensuite bath.  The favorite part of this particular house has to be these super cool round windows in both Guest Suites.

The loggia area in many homes is usually almost an afterthought. Given how much time we as Floridians like to spend outside, it makes sense that the outside area should really maximize all of this beauty and splendor. The entire loggia is done in this lovely Travertine Marble and is nearly 12,000 Square Feet.

Most of the lots in Boca Villas tend to be smaller, so you don’t have any backyard. In this particular house, we have a nice wide backyard; the back is wider than the front, so you could do a lot of things in terms of grass, seating areas, and pool area. A little bit of everything. Straight up above the porch you will see circular holes in the ceiling that allow sunlight to shine onto the porch. You will notice the LED lights across the circumference; they look super gorgeous at night.
