Finishing up 2021 on a high note, December's Top Sales for Coastal Boca Raton saw an impressive trend in sale prices. All of the top sales are over $4 million, exceeding the numbers we have seen over the past quarter where the bottom end of the list was in the high $2M / low $3M range. Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club has been replaced as the top mover tied with ALINA Residences for the month of December. ALINA is nearly sold out for Phase 1, with only 12 residences remaining. Size matters in Boca - all of the homes on the list are over 4,000 sq ft, with the largest offering being over 11,000 sq ft.

November’s Coastal Boca Raton Top Sales saw an impressive sale of $22M for a waterfront compound of over 10,000 square feet on 1.7 acres of direct Intracoastal frontage. As we often see, almost half of the list includes homes from Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, which was recently ranked as one of the top 50 yacht clubs in the world. Notably, Alina's new luxury residences in Downtown Boca makes the list again this month with a sale of over $6M from their phase 1 offering which is nearly sold out. Phase 2 is expected to be completed in 2024. Only one oceanfront property made the list this month - a third floor corner unit with wraparound porch in Addison on the Ocean. Boca raton is still seeing a strong seller's market with limited inventory and rising home values. If you are considering selling, now would be an optimal time.
