Finishing up 2021 on a high note, December's Top Sales for Coastal Boca Raton saw an impressive trend in sale prices. All of the top sales are over $4 million, exceeding the numbers we have seen over the past quarter where the bottom end of the list was in the high $2M / low $3M range. Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club has been replaced as the top mover tied with ALINA Residences for the month of December. ALINA is nearly sold out for Phase 1, with only 12 residences remaining. Size matters in Boca - all of the homes on the list are over 4,000 sq ft, with the largest offering being over 11,000 sq ft.
